We’re having Canadian folk rockers The Acorn into the studio tomorrow before their show at the Drunken Unicorn. The song Flood pt. 1 has one of the best hooks this side of the Atlantic. Interesting. Not sure I agree that it is all that hooky…altho I do find it memorable. It is a little to trying for my taste. But then, when my car radio is full of dull Britney Spears and other crap, The Acorn rock…and I am an Expat from Canada…so I gotta love their politics :))
